Buying and selling a house in the current market seemed like a very daunting task but Marijan went above and beyond the best of realtors. He was extremely patient during all of the showings and given his past in construction he was extremely useful when assessing flaws and features of different houses. Though he was in no way bound to help us out with the renovations in our new house, he visisted multiple times to provide us with helpful tips and suggestions that our contractor had not brought up. Marijan also went out of his way to help us prepare the house for staging and showings.

As first time home buyers, we honestly had no clue where to start and what details to look for when buying our first home. We were blessed with Marijan as our reator. Our experience with Marijan was one we will always cherish because he truly treated us like family. With exceptional patience (it took us 3 months and tons of showings every week!) and advanced knowledge in the real estate industry, he guided us and helped us through the process step by step. He was spot at predicting what a property will sell for and did everything he possibly could to ensure we got our dream home!
